Disney+ first launched on November 12, 2019. In honor of this debut date, Disney hosted the first-ever Disney+ Day on November 12, 2021. This was a great day with early park entry for Disney+ subscribers, great entertainment, free gifts, and fun characters as well.

Since the first Disney+ Day coincided with the launch of the Disney+ streaming service, we anticipated it following the same schedule in 2022. However, that was not the case at all! Disney+ Day was celebrated on September 8, 2022.

For 2023 and 2024, no celebration was given for Disney+ subscribers. However, Disney has offered great discounts for Disney+ subscribers with discounted Disneyland park tickets and deep discounts for select Walt Disney World Resort rooms.

How to redeem Free D23 Membership

The D23 Gold Monthly Plan will renew monthly so long as you remain an active Disney+ subscriber with an active Disney+ Perks membership. You must be an active Disney+ subscriber to enroll in the D23 Gold Monthly Plan and remain an active Disney+ subscriber in order to access the D23 Gold Monthly Plan benefits.
