This Attraction Is No Longer Using A Virtual Queue
Sometimes, due to high demand, Disney uses a virtual queue when attractions first open. However, Guests no longer have to join the virtual queue to enjoy this attraction. Find out which attraction is now using a standby line...for now.

"For the first time ever, when it debuts in 2025, you'll actually be able to see Walt Disney through the magic of Audio-Animatronics technology in 'Walt Disney - A Magical Life'."
"Walt Disney - A Magical Life" debuted inside the Main Street Opera House at Disneyland. After its initial run, the attraction will play in rotation with "Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln."
The attraction opened on July 17, 2025, the official date of the 70th Anniversary.
Virtual Queue
Before "Walt Disney - A Magical Life" opening, Disney announced that the attraction would utilize a virtual queue. There would be two Virtual Queue drops per day, one at 7 AM and one at noon.
Disney uses virtual queues when the demand for an attraction is high.

Virtual Queue Not In Use...For Now
The virtual queue for "Walt Disney - A Magical Life" is not currently in use. However, the Disneyland App states, "We plan to open virtual queue for Walt Disney - A Magical Life as needed each day."
"The standby line access for Walt Disney - A Magical Life may be available at park open and again after boarding groups have been called for the day. Check the attraction listing to learn if current attraction access is via virtual queue or standby line."

Disney has not removed the virtual queue altogether. If demand becomes high at any point, they can quickly put the virtual queue in place. If you are hoping to enjoy this attraction on your next visit, you will need to continue to check the app to see if a virtual queue is needed.
