Disney has been using virtual queues for quite some time now. The most popular way to utilize them is for attractions.

Walt Disney World made 2 BIG Virtual Queue changes earlier this year. Both Tiana's Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind moved to traditional standby queues.

The option remains for guests to purchase the Lightning Lane Multipass and select Tiana's Bayou Adventure as a Tier 1 attraction. Get full details on purchasing and making Lightning Lane Multipass selections HERE. To skip the line at Cosmic Rewind, guests must purchase the Lightning Lane Single Pass.

Disney reserves the right to make changes to their hours of operation, entertainment options, and virtual queues at any time. Walt Disney World brought back a Virtual Queue for the May the 4th Merchandise Event at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Today, we see Virtual Queue details listed on the My Disney Experience app added for Annual Passholder Previews for Test Track. We shared this news when the previews were first announced, but now full details are available on the app.

Passholder preview will take place from July 13th - 16th and July 18th - 19th. No preview will be held on July 17th. Thankfully, a Virtual Queue will not be in place when Test Track officially opens. Find out full details of how this will shift the Lightning Lane tiers at EPCOT HERE.

How to join Disney Virtual Queue

Test Track Preview Dates Announced

To join a Virtual Queue, a valid Annual Pass and a Theme Park reservation to EPCOT is required to join the 7:00 am Virtual Queue for Test Track. A second Virtual Queue will open at 1:00 pm on the preview dates, and only a valid Annual Pass is required (no Theme Park reservation is needed.)

This is great news for the 1:00 pm Virtual Queue as Theme Park Reservations are sold out for select dates. It is important to note that Annual Passholders do not need to be in a Theme Park to join a Virtual Queue.
