After Walt Disney World reopened in 2020, many things were different, and several locations never reopened. Last month, Disney’s Hollywood Studios reopened “In Character.”

Now at Magic Kingdom, the once shuttered Prairie Outpost and Supply will reopen “soon”, but it will look much different. Previously, guests enjoyed delicious treats and candy sweets.

When Prairie Outpost opens, it will now sell hats. Disney describes this shop as, “Become a fashion pioneer when you shop for wide-brimmed hats, classic fedoras, customized headwear, and more at this stylish shop in Frontierland.”

Disney has not shared an opening date for Prairie Outpost, but we are happy to hear that more and more locations continue to open at Walt Disney World.

Magic Kingdom’s Frontierland has several big projects in the works. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Frontierland is still undergoing a lengthy refurbishment, and very soon, the closure of Tom Sawyer Island to make room for Cars Land.
