One of the most desirable aspects of Helios Grand Hotel is the hotel's dedicated entrance into Epic Universe. This is an unparalleled amenity for guests of Universal Helios Grand Hotel that provides direct, convenient access to and from the theme park with valid park admission.

This is an especially valuable amenity for Early Park Admission to Epic Universe. While other ticket holders are crowding outside the main gate, the occupants of the 500 rooms at Helios Grand Hotel will be able to stroll in through their own entrance and start their adventures without braving the main crowd.

Of course, this information has gotten the internet wondering whether the entrance to Helios Grand Hotel will be restricted to just hotel guests. Will people without a room reservation be able to access Helios? Universal has put parking policies into place that help shed some light on the subject.

Parking Rules and Rates for Helios Grand Hotel

It looks as if you do NOT have to be a guest of Helios Grand Hotel to park there. Anyone can park there, but it will be expensive! And, that is assuming there is space available.

Overnight Guest parking is aligned with the rates at other Universal Signature Hotels. Self-parking is typically $36 plus tax per night, per vehicle. Valet parking is $45 plus tax per day, per vehicle. (Rates are subject to change).

Helios will also follow policies similar to other signature hotels for parking for day guests. However, it is significantly more expensive for anyone who wishes to park for more than 30 minutes than it is at other hotels. Parking rates for day guests are as follows:

  • Day Guest Self Parking: $125
    • 0-5 minutes: Complimentary
    • 5 minutes - 30 minutes: $10 plus tax, per vehicle
    • 30 minutes or more: $50 plus tax per day, per vehicle
  • Day Guest Valet parking: $128 plus tax per day, per vehicle

Hopefully, these high rates will ensure that there is enough parking available for overnight resort guests.
