Another Universal Ride Will Close Forever
Universal Orlando Resort is closing another one of its rides forever. The countdown to the final ride is already here!
Big Changes for Universal Orlando

Recently, Universal Orlando promised huge, ambitious changes. New attractions and, in some cases, entirely new lands are coming to every single theme park!
This includes an expansion at Epic Universe, which just celebrated its first birthday. Although Universal hasn't announced what the expansion will be, we do know that the permit is for Super Nintendo World.
As promised, change is coming to the older parks as well. Islands of Adventure is demolishing an entire land. And Universal Studios Orlando is building a replacement for Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit.
Fast & Furious

The rollercoaster replacing Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is called Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift. You can get all the thrilling coaster details HERE. It will open sometime next year!
However, when Universal announced the new coaster, it also announced a ride closure. Fast & Furious Supercharged is permanently closing to make way for the new coaster.
The ride takes passengers on a Fast & Furious adventure by bus, using a mixture of movement and screen effects. The attraction opened in 2018, and soon its short stay in the park is coming to an end.
Last Day for Fast & Furious Supercharged

The last day for Fast & Furious Supercharged is rapidly approaching. If you want a chance to become "part of the family," you will need to head to Universal Studios soon.
Fast & Furious Supercharged closes on August 17, 2026.
Universal Orlando Resort announced that Fast & Furious Supercharged closes August 17, 2026. The last ride will be on August 16. It has not been a particularly popular ride, so it will be interesting to see whether crowds flock to ride it one last time.
Are you going to miss Fast & Furious Supercharged, or do you think it is high time it closed? Let us know. And be sure to share the news with the Universal fans in your life.
