You may have heard of Gideon's Bakehouse. This ghoulishly delightful bakery in Disney Springs offers HUGE super soft cookies, cake slices, and cold brews. The regular menus is stacked with goodies, and each month, special edition treats make it even harder to choose what to indulge in.

People love Gideon's Bakehouse so much that often you will find a line just to get in. But don't worry. They are very efficient and keep things moving. Plus, if the wait gets too long, they move it to a virtual queue so you can enjoy Disney Springs until you are summoned. Is this month's treat worth lining up for?
The new Carrot Cake Cookie is sure to delight visitors who want something truly unique. The cookie is a half-pound of flavorful spices, rich molasses, and finely chopped carrots. It is completely covered with house-made candied pecans and a drizzle of decadent carrot cream cheese glaze.
If you don't normally prefer soft cookies these might be a good compromise for you with their crunchy exterior. You can get them every day in April while supplies last. Remember purchases are limited to 2 per person.
Special Pineapple Cake Slices
A special cake slice has also landed. Pineapple Dream Cake is a returning fan favorite. It is a Vanilla Cake covered in Pineapple Buttercream with layers of Pineapple Jam, Pineapple Caramel, and Brown Butter Crumbs.
