Have you ever wished you could order something sweet from Gideon’s Bakehouse and have it arrive at your door? For the first time ever, Gideon’s is shipping a sweet treat!
Gideon’s Bakehouse

Gideon’s Bakehouse is an extremely popular place to grab treats in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The bakehouse serves up delectable bakery items including cakes and cookies as well as caffeinated brews.
In fact, it is so popular that the line typically spills out into the street and wraps around the building. If you are at Gideon’s and you don’t see a line, it is most likely because it became so long that the staff moved it to a virtual queue. However, most guests who dare to take on the line, whether it is physical or virtual, are thrilled with their treats.
One thing we know about Gideon’s bakehouse is that its owner and creator prizes quality. In fact, just last month when the ingredients for the limited-time cookie became unavailable at affordable prices, the bakery ceased production of the cookie altogether rather than compromise on quality!
Shipping Something Sweet

This is why Gideon’s Bakehouse will not ship its baked goods. They simply would not survive the process well enough to deliver quality to the recipients. In fact, Gideon’s even warns that many of its treats should be enjoyed immediately and not transported in the Florida heat.
However, that is FINALLY changing with one sweet, limited-edition product. This month will support bee charities and education in Florida!
In a rare and special collaboration with The Winter Garden Honey Farm, Gideon’s Bakehouse is offering a very limited 8oz jar of local honey: Gideon’s Beehive Wild Honey.
A Gideon’s First
This special jar of honey is available online only. This is the VERY first time Gideon’s Bakehouse has shipped a food item! Typically you can only order merch such as apparel, stickers, art prints, candles, and other accessories online.
UPDATE: It is already out of stock. But perhaps more opportunities to order will come buzzing along.
This run is limited to 500 bottles only. But you can also get your hands on t-shirts and candles and art prints.
Were you able to grab a bottle of Gideon’s Honey? Do you wish Gieon’s would ship other food items? Let us know!
