One thing that makes your Walt Disney World vacation a bit challenging is the constant changes that come with refurbishments and new additions.

Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Guest Relations usually welcomes guests in the first building on the left-hand side after walking past the Disney’s Animal Kingdom sign and ticket booths.

The Guest Relations building is now undergoing a refurbishment. As a result, Guest Services is temporarily relocated.

While work is taking place, Guest Relations now assists guests at the Animal Kingdom ticket window. Be sure to look for signage near the left-hand side of the ticket windows.

At this time, we do not know how long this refurbishment may take place, but it is good to know where to find help during your next trip to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Guest Relations are an invaluable resource to all guests.
