New Avatar Experience
Guests have enjoyed the immersive Land of Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for several years. It is one of the most immersive and beautiful lands Disney has created in the last several years.
In November, Disney shared there would be an Avatar experience coming to Disneyland. No information was shared on what this experience would be.
I (Heather) love visiting Pandora in Walt Disney World. You truly feel like you have stepped into another world, with the rides, lands, and even food.

Avatar Around the World
Today, Bob Iger participated in a question-and-answer session. At this session, he shared lots of exciting Disney news. One thing he did talk about was the highly anticipated Avatar experience.
Bob Iger mentioned that Pandora-themed lands could happen at other Disney Parks around the world.
Even though an Avatar-themed experience is coming to Disneyland, it doesn’t mean another one can’t happen at another Disney Park.
Avatar Land at Disneyland
Iger shared that the Avatar Experience would be a land! Check out his comment below:
“We have one Avatar-based land, Pandora, in Florida. We’re going to put a second one in California. That doesn’t mean we can’t put one somewhere in Asia or somewhere in Europe for instance.”

The new Avatar experience is now classified as a land! Disney has been very quiet about what this experience would be, but the news is finally out!
I hope this land brings just as much immersion and amazing experiences as the one in Disney World. I also am crossing my fingers that this new land offers all new experiences; I’m talking about new rides and food items. We can hope!
