In 2014, guests first had the opportunity to ride the 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, which has become a guest favorite. Guests have two options to ride this iconic Disney World attraction. First, you can wait in the standby line. Or, you’ll need to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane to skip the lines since it’s not included in Genie+ selections.

To experience the popular Seven Dwarfs Mine Train attraction, you must wait in the standby line or purchase an Individual Lightning Lane.

But no worries if you choose to wait in line. You can experience shorter wait times by taking advantage of early entry (for Disney Resort guests) or riding it later in the evening, close to park closing time.

The interactive queue for this attraction offers fun ways to interact along the way. Keep in mind that if you use the Individual Lightning Lane, you’ll miss the fantastic standby queue.

You may experience lower wait times riding during early entry or close to park closing time.

Upon completing the ride, guests arrive at the 7 Dwarfs’ cozy cottage. You can hear joyful tunes and see all seven dwarfs and Snow White. However, we recently reported HERE that Snow White’s arm fell off during an animatronic malfunction, which Disney quickly addressed.

And now, Doc’s face also malfunctioned! It’s totally black! Take a look at it below in the Instagram post:

This isn’t the first time an animatronic malfunction has occurred at Disney World. We previously reported HERE that Elsa’s face once went dark. Technology can be fantastic when it works but falls very short when it doesn’t. Would it creep you out seeing “faceless” Disney animatronics, or would you laugh it off? Would you be upset if you waited 2 hours only to find out the ride wasn’t totally functioning?

One time when I was there we were riding it’s a small world. One of the grass skirts on the hula girl had come undo in one side. Total save by remaining hooked on the other side
