In 2014, guests first descended into the 7 Dwarfs Mine and this ride continues to be a guest favorite. At this time guests have two options to enjoy this attraction. You can wait in the standby line or purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for every member of your party.

This attraction is not included in the Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane sections. The best time to enjoy the shortest waits for 7 Dwarfs Mine Train is to arrive early with Early Entry or to enjoy this near park closing.

Guests love the interactive queue for this attraction. It is quite impressive and is missed if using the Individual Lightning Lane. Guests can spin barrels to reveal our favorite characters overhead, and even interact with colorful water elements.

Unexpected Ending

After your journey aboard the Mine Train, guests arrive at the 7 Dwarfs’ cozy cottage. You can hear the joyful tunes coming from inside. As you pass by the front of this cottage, you can see all seven dwarfs and Snow White.

Grumpy is still tickling the ivories, while Dopey is standing upon Sneezy’s shoulders so he can dance with Snow White. As guests pass by the house typically the scariest site is the Evil Queen disguised to trick Snow White.

A new video now shows that this scene is not nearly as scary as this animatronic malfunction. As guests arrive at the 7 Dwarfs’ cottage, they shockingly see Dopey happily dancing. However, this time instead of delicately holding Snow White’s hand, he is holding her whole arm.

Snow White continues to dance around with only one arm intact. Here is a full video of the malfunction as shared by dovelybell:

Of course, we all understand that animatronic malfunctions happen. This one is a bit more shocking, especially for the younger guests.

A malfunction aboard 7 Dwarfs Mine Train shows Snow White’s arm ripped off.
