Genie+ is a paid feature that offers convenience and flexibility to help you save time in line. This is offered with variable pricing that is determined by each individual park and crowd levels. The busier the Disney Parks, the higher the demand for Genie+, and the price increases.

The crowds are quite high this week after Christmas and before the New Year. Disney raised the price to record breaking levels this holiday season, but still, Genie+ continues to sell out.

New Record

This morning, December 29th, Disney’s Hollywood Studios opened to all guests at 8:30 am. At the time of park opening, Genie+ was already sold out for guests. This also affects the “Multiple Parks” option for guests hoping to Park Hop today.

For three consecutive days, Disney Genie+ has sold out at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Yesterday Disney’s Animal Kingdom sold out for Genie+ for the first time ever. Before 10:00 am, Disney’s Animal Kingdom also sold out for Disney Genie+ for today.

If you plan to use Disney Genie+ you need to purchase this as soon as possible. This can be done at 12:00 am the day of your park visit. This is particularly important this busy holiday week.
