If you have always wanted to learn to draw beloved Disney characters, you are in luck! Disney has added brand new characters to The Animation Experience! See what is in store for you!
The Animation Experience
Did you know that you can learn to draw Disney characters on your Walt Dinsey World vacation? It is such a great experience for people who love art or families and friends to experience together!
During your experience, you will discover the influence of real-life animals as you create your own sketch of a beloved Disney character. And, best of all, it is FREE!
You will find The Animation Experience at Conservation Station in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Conservation Station is only accessible by train. Simple hop aboard the Wildlife Express Train to be swept away.
The train runs daily, but hours are limited, so check the schedule before you go. You will want to board the train at least 40 minutes prior to The Animation Experience time you want to participate in.
Once you arrive, you can enjoy a number of experiences that many people do not even realize are available in Disney World! These include Affection Section (Disney’s petting zoo). You can also enjoy a look at the Veterinary Treatment Room, the Nutrition Center, the Amphibian, Reptile and Invertebrate Windows, and the Science Center!
You can enjoy all of these before or after The Animation Experience. It follows a class schedule, and it takes about 25 minutes to complete, so if you want to enjoy it, you will need to prioritize it and work the other, Conservation Station experiences in around it.
You will find it inside the building. Once you check in, gather your materials, and take your seat. Your guide will reveal the character you will be drawing. You will learn step-by-step how to create the character and walk away with an awesome, unique keepsake: a completed masterpiece drawn by you!
New Characters
Right now, you can learn to draw brand-new characters at The Animation Experience. Disney World has added the animals from the brand new movie Wish to the lineup.
