With the holidays soon approaching, there are so many extra celebrations, foods, and activities, it’s hard to pack in all of the fun! However, Disney World makes that a little easier soon by giving guests more time at the parks. Check out how to maximize your holiday fun!
Updates
As Disney initially releases theme park hours, we share them with our readers. While these hours are a great way to begin preparing for your trip, Disney also updates hours regularly. As we learn new information, we pass that information along.
Most of the time, Disney adds time in the parks, but not always. Take a look at the last update HERE showing hours for late October through November 4.
With the time change on November 5, you may be able to experience more nighttime fun with Disney’s newest park hours. Also, be sure you check the schedule below so that you can arrive to take advantage of the Disney Resort guest Early Entry benefit.
Animal Kingdom
There’s something magical about being inside Disney World’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park after dark. Unfortunately, it’s not always open long enough to experience this.
Disney just released new Animal kingdom hours. Previously, park hours during November 5-9 were from 9:00am until 7:00pm. Now, Disney gives park goers an extra morning hour, opening at 8:00am on these dates. Be sure and enjoy an early safari to see the animals active before it gets hot!
Then, on November 10-11, Animal Kingdom is open an additional 2 hours, being open from 8:00am until 8:00pm! That gives guests an extra morning and evening hour! Check out the dazzling lights at Pandora during these evenings. They’re breathtaking!
Stay an hour later on November 10-11 to experience the magic of Pandora during the evening!
Magic Kingdom
In addition, Magic Kingdom has new park hours for even more fun! Now, on November 5 and 8, the park is open from 9:00am until 10:00pm. Then, on November 6 and 7, guests can enjoy the Magic Kingdom until 11:00pm! But wait, on November 11, guests can finish out the park at midnight! This is the second Saturday in a row the park stays open super late.
On party nights, November 9 and 10, Magic Kingdom continues closing at 6:00pm, but opens an hour earlier at 8:00am. Party days tend to be less crowded so arrive early to get all the things done.
Magic Kingdom is open on Saturday, November 11, until midnight!
Hollywood Studios
Hollywood Studios comes alive with so many wonderful lights at night! However, this week, Hollywood Studio hours vary only slightly. Now, on November 10, the park is open from 8:30am until 9:00pm. (Previous hours were 9:00am to 9:00pm.) And on November 11 it opens 30 minutes earlier at 8:30 am, but closes at 8:00pm for the Jollywood Nights party.
