There is nothing quite like the holiday season at Walt Disney World! Mark your calendars because Christmas Day dining reservations will open up soon, but it will cost a little more this year.
Holiday Dining at Disney World
We have received many requests from our KennythePirate Crew asking where to eat during the holiday season. Monica put together a great listing of where you can dine at each Walt Disney World park and throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to check out all of these delicious options HERE.
If you and your family will be visiting Walt Disney World for Thanksgiving or Christmas, you will want to plan ahead. These can be such magical days to celebrate, but may also be a bit busy. It is highly recommended that you make Advanced Dining Reservations as soon as possible.
Whispering Canyon
Whispering Canyon Cafe is another place that screams Thanksgiving comfort food all year round. As a bonus, you’ll get to see the beautiful tree at Wilderness Lodge. It’s a top favorite resort for this time of year.
On Thanksgiving day and Christmas Day, Whispering Canyon will receive a menu change. Their traditional breakfast will be offered from 7:30 am until 11:00 am Guests are invited to enjoy a prix-fixe holiday meal for lunch and dinner.
“Gather ‘round our table for a delicious 3-course meal. Start off with cornbread and a crisp house salad before digging into your choice of 3 all-you-care-to-enjoy skillets—like the delicious Thanksgiving skillet, which features oak-smoked turkey and barbecue. End your meal on a sweet note with the seasonal dessert sampler.”
The holiday meal will be available from noon until 10:00 PM. The regular lunch and dinner à la carte menus will not be available throughout the day. Prices are for adults (ages 10 and up) at $47 per person and children (ages 3 to 9) at $28 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

It is important to note that this is a bit more expensive than last year. The adult meal has increased by $2 per person, and the child’s meal increased by $1 per person.
