Unforgettable Tower of Terror Evacuation
While the main storyline of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is unexpected, this was more than many Guests were expecting.
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

The fan-favorite Twilight Zone Tower of Terror attraction brings thrills to guests of all ages. Currently, the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror attraction is undergoing refurbishment.
A permit was filed for the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, listing the contractor as MLC Theming. MLC Theming serves Theme Parks with "scenic painting, aging structures, fabricating facades, carving rockwork, and more."
For several months, large scaffolding covered the exterior of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror; crews could be seen painting. While we understand that refurbishment work must be completed, this takes away from the overall aesthetic and the timeline for this attraction.
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror Changes?

Mark Silverman is the famous voice of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Walt Disney World. Recently, he shared that he visited the Walt Disney Imagineering office.
Once he shared this post on Instagram, a commenter asked if we would be hearing something new from Silverman at Disney. Silverman replied, "Well…could be."
Instantly, Disney fans dreamed of what this could mean. After days of speculation, Silverman confirmed that he simply visited the Walt Disney Imagineering office to purchase a shirt. After seeing that post, you could hear a collective groan erupt among Disney fans.
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror Evacuation

Recently, @miaamiaa_ and fellow Guests were enjoying a thrilling ride on Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney's Hollywood Studios when the ride stopped being a thrill ride and simply turned into a "normal elevator".
The Guests slowly lowered and stopped in front of what appeared to be slightly open elevator doors. This allowed the Guests a rare look inside the maintenance department.
Typically, when an attraction malfunctions, guests will receive a Lightning Lane to enjoy the attraction again.
While this was not the "drop" that Guests hoped for, this is still a pretty cool experience. Check out the full experience:
