Extended Evening Hours
There are three types of hotel accommodations at Disney World: deluxe, moderate, and value. I have stayed in all three types, but my favorite is deluxe. Not only will you find better room accommodations like softer beds and more space, but there are other perks as well!
The most significant advantage of a deluxe stay is Extended Evening Hours. While Early Theme Park Entry is included for all onsite Guests, Extended Evening Hours are only for deluxe and deluxe villa Guests. This perk gives you extra time in the park after the normal operating hours. Enjoy low wait times and low crowds!
Typically, Epcot hosts Extended Evening Hours on Monday nights and Magic Kingdom hosts the perk on Wednesday nights. Sometimes, we even see a few rare dates at Hollywood Studios!
Animal Kingdom Now Added
Earlier we shared that Magic Kingdom will offer fewer Extended Evening Hours this fall due to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. We were quite surprised when Disney’s Animal Kingdom was added to the list of parks offering Extended Evening Hours.
Initially, the only date listed for Extended Evening Hours was November 8, 2023. At this time, Walt Disney World has not listed what attractions and offerings will be available for Extended Evening Hours at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Now November 22, 2023, is also included for Extended Evening Hours for Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Now we have two dates, for two hours (from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.), but no idea what guests can enjoy at this park just yet. It will be interesting to see what is included for these special nights.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will offer Extended Evening Hours on both November 8th and 22nd.
