Disney’s Hollywood Studios is changing things up and you need to know what is happening so you don’t miss out on all the fun!
Why the Change?
Disney Jollywood Nights is a new, separately ticketed event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort from 8:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. on select nights from November 11 through December 20, 2023. You may want to grab your tickets now because November 11 is sold out!
It’s a holiday vibe like you’ve never before experienced. Sights of sparkling décor, sounds of modern beats over classic holiday songs, tastes of craft cocktails, and decadent dishes. It’s nostalgic, and it’s glitz and glam galore.
Because of this party, Disney is making changes to evening entertainment at Hollywood Studios during Jollywood Nights evenings.
Nighttime Entertainment
Fantasmic! is a nighttime show performed at Disneyland Park in Disneyland and Hollywood Studios in Disney World. The premise of the show is that Mickey is transported into a dream where he dances along with music, lighting effects, and pyrotechnics. Various characters and scenes from popular Disney movies are part of the sequence as well.
Watch in wonder as the front of the Chinese Theatre is magically transformed into a tribute to animation. Take in spectacular sequences celebrating themes like magic, family, adventure, romance and friendship. Each theme is brought to life through unforgettable moments from beloved films at the Wonderful World of Animation projection show.
Park Hours and Changes
Typically, Disney’s Hollywood Studios closes at 9:00pm. However, since Jollywood Nights begins at 8:00pm, the park is closing earlier on these nights. In addition, both nighttime shows will take place earlier.
For Jollywood Nights, Hollywood Studios will close at 8:00pm and allow party guests to enter without a theme park ticket beginning at 7:00pm.
On party evenings, Fantasmic! moves to a showtime of 7:15pm and the Wonderful World of Animation will begin at 7:30pm.
