Star Wars: “The Mandalorian” is a space Western web television series created by Jon Favreau, and it premiered as a new original series on Disney+ when the streaming service became available in November 2019. “The Mandalorian” is the first live-action series for the Star Wars franchise.
The Mandalorian and Grogu arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on March 1, 2023. The Mandalorian and Grogu first appeared in Disneyland on November 18, 2022.
When they first arrived, the Mandalorian and Grogu are not listed on the My Disney Experience app, and this meet-and-greet information was a little elusive. This may be in part due to the popularity of this meet and greet.
The Cast Members at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge also do a great job staying in character for their specific locations which makes it difficult to gain information as to where and when this character interaction takes place.
New Update
After several months of greeting guests at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios, we finally have an actual meet and greet schedule for both the Mandalorian and Grogu.
They will both continue to roam near Black Spire Market, but now they have a listing of times listed on the My Disney Experience app. For example today they will appear at 9:45 am, 10:45 am, 11:45 am, 1:25 pm, and 2:35 pm. These appearance times are subject to change at any time.
Character Locator continues to be a valuable tool to keep track of the current character appearance times throughout the parks. This new update also gives us hope that both the Mandalorian and Grogu will continue to greet guests for quite some time.
