Something New From Elemental is Heading to Disney Parks

The new Elemental movie is coming to theaters soon, and it is coming to Disney Parks even sooner! Here are all the details.

After waves and waves of live-action remakes, including the most recent addition to splash onto the scenes, The Little Mermaid, many Disney fans embrace the opportunity to enjoy all-new stories from The Walt Disney Company. Now, fans can look forward to such a story from Disney and Pixar!

The new feature-length animated film Elemental has imaginations running wild. This is in part because Elemental takes place in a world devoid of humanity, much like Cars.

In Element City, the various fire, water, land, and air residents are made entirely from their own elements. They generally coexist parallel to one another. However, when firey Ember and a splashing fellow called Wade come together, their journey helps them discover all they have in common. You can see the trailer here.

Soon, you will also be able to see it in theaters. It comes out on June 16, 2023. Interestingly, it looks like Elemental content is also going to appear in one Disney Park ahead of the film’s theatrical release!

Elemental Connection

Beginning June 2, for a limited time, “a new water short titled “Elemental Connection” will be on display in a Disney Park.  The short highlights the story and characters from Disney and Pixar’s latest film, Elemental.

This magical short will play ahead of “World of Color — ONE” in Disney California Adventure Park. It is sure to be a delightful temporary addition to the popular nighttime spectacular.

Disney hyped the show by saying, “Brilliant projections dance across vast water screens in this two-minute pre-show, bringing the land, air, water, and fire residents of Element City to life.”  It sounds like it will be quite a fun story to behold.

Elemental Connection, an all-new Elemental Short will play in Disney California Adventure for a limited time!
