Disney has been working hard to bring new Toy Story hotel rooms to life. Here is a look at what these new amazing family spaces are like.

Disney Parks welcomed Toy Story Hotel to Shanghai Disneyland in 2016. This hotel is heavily themed to Pixar’s beloved Toy Story Franchise. The brightly colored resort is fun for the whole family!

Recently, Toy Story Hotel announced that it would be getting some new rooms! And since then, the teams at Shanghai Disney and Pixar have been busy creating new Buzz Lightyear Exploration Rooms as well as Toy Box Suites for the Toy Story Hotel. They are full of whimsy and delight for Dreamers of all ages!

The Buzz Lightyear Exploration Room design is intended to look like a spaceship playset. It is certainly reminiscent of the cardboard ship that Buzz Lightyear arrived in when he first landed on Andy’s bed.

On the other hand, the Toy Box Suites are designed with Woody in mind. These rooms will sleep up to 5 guests who are looking for some fun accommodations!

Honestly, I (Katie) am feeling a little jealous of the Toy Story Hotel in Shanghai. Tokyo Disney also opened a Toy Story Hotel of its own. I hope that someday a Toy Story Hotel comes to Walt Disney World, too! How fun would that be for families full of Toy Story fans?

For the time being, if you want new Toy Story fun in Disney Parks in the Western Hemisphere, be sure to check out the new restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World, Round-Up Rodeo BBQ. You can read about the menu here and pricing here and take a tour of the new restaurant here.
