Two years ago, we broke news of a brand new billion-dollar resort being built right next to Walt Disney World. This exciting new resort is setting out to change the way people vacation when traveling to the Orlando area. Now, it looks like we have an update on when guests can experience this escape to paradise!

Evermore Resort

A redevelopment of the #1 Tripadvisor rated Villas at Grand Cypress resort, this 1,100-acre resort will border Walt Disney World and is just minutes away from Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs (and only 10 miles from Universal, SeaWorld, and the Orange County Convention Center).

The Evermore Resort has set out to introduce an “entirely new hospitality category that will change the landscape of vacation rental homes”.

Evermore is the first-ever wholly-owned, large-scale community of purpose-built vacation rental homes and villas. It will provide guests with hotel-quality standards and world-class resort amenities.

The goal is to eliminate the worry of vacation home renting. By having a centralized ownership model, guests can be confident they are getting a first-class home with superior safety standards.

Accommodations for Every Group Size

What sets Evermore Resort apart from almost every other resort is the wide range of lodging accommodations.  Whether you are traveling alone or with your 32 closest friends and family, Evermore has you covered.

You will find newly renovated two and four-bedroom timeshare-style villas that can sleep between 2-16 guests or rent one of the four-bedroom flats that are nestled right on the shore of the 8-acre Evermore Bay that can house up to 11 guests.

For larger parties, Evermore offers five to eleven-bedroom houses that will fit anywhere between 15-32 guests. All houses come with a private heated saltwater pool and some have amenities such as game rooms, indoor movie theaters and play zones.

Space You Can Afford

You might think these amazing large-scale accommodations won’t fit into your family’s budget, but you will be surprised to hear they are pretty affordable. Especially, when you are comparing them to an on-site resort at Walt Disney World.

Villas

For a standard 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa that has a full kitchen, private patio, living room and dining room area the cost per night is around $197.00/night.

You certainly won’t find a Disney hotel room even remotely close to the 1800 sq. ft. size for the same price.

Flats

For a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom Flat that has 7 beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, an oversized dining area, full washer/dryer, fits 11 people and comes with a stunning view of the 8-acre Evermore Bay you’ll pay around $523.00/night.

This floors me. $523.00/night might get you a room at the Polynesian Village resort, but you only get 2 queen beds, a foldout couch, 1 bathroom and not much extra space.

Instead, each member of the family could have their own room and have plenty of space for all the suitcases. Not to mention, being able to save money and cook breakfast at home or reheat leftovers.

Houses

A 5 bedroom/5 bathroom house that is 3,724 sq. ft. and holds 9 beds, has a private heated pool and a full kitchen and living area will cost roughly $635.00/night. Again, there is no way you could sleep 15 people together anywhere on Disney property for that price per night.

The most expensive accommodation is the 11 bedroom/13 bathroom house that is 7,818 sq. ft. This house sleeps 32 guests, has 19 beds, comes with a fully equipped game room and a tube slide to get from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor.

If Disney were charging for this type of accommodation you can bet, the price per night would be astronomical. I wouldn’t be remotely surprised to see the cost start at least in the $5,000-$10,000 range. However, at the Evermore this giant space can be yours for just $1,445.00/night.

Odds are if you are traveling with that many people you won’t be fronting the bill all on your own. That makes things even more affordable when you split the cost with others.

A Tropical Oasis

Aside from the affordable room options, there is so much to see and do at Evermore. You may not even want to leave the resort!

All guests staying at Evermore Resort will have access to its massive 20-acre tropical beach complex and Evermore Bay an 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®.

The Evermore Bay will also offer private cabanas, fire-pits, a waterslide zone, ‘blue hole’ rope swing, cliff jumping area, and a recreation hub that will offer kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and more.

For the Golf lovers out there, new 18-hole Nicklaus Design course will open with the resort.

The Evermore will also be home to 18 new dining locations including a variety of table service, quick service and lounge-style dining.

The Conrad Orlando Hotel that will open with the resort will also offer a roof-top dining experience and full-service spa.

I totally agree Suzy! At this time, it does appear there will be resort shuttles from the Conrad Hotel to the parks, however, it isn't clear if this is solely for guests staying at the Conrad, or if it will be available to all guests staying at Evermore. The Conrad Hotel accomodations are significantly more expensive than the rental homes/villas, so it could end up being considered as a "luxury perk" for guests staying at the hotel.
