Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse is an extremely popular place to grab treats in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The bakehouse serves up delectable bakery items as well as caffeinated brews.
In fact, it is so popular that the line typically spills out into the street and wraps around the building. If you are at Gideon’s and you don’t see a line, it is most likely because it became so long that the staff moved it to a virtual queue.
Delicious Special Offerings
Gideon’s is probably not going to be experiencing short wait times anytime soon. This is because the bakehouse has three special treats available for a limited time only!
First up, a fan favorite, the Chocolate Dipped Key Lime Pie Cookie has returned. Can you imagine a delectable vanilla bean cookie infused with Florida Key lime juice? Take that delicious image and cover it in chocolate chips and key lime crumbs. That is what you will get when you indulge in this treat.
The Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip will be available for a limited time as well. This cookie is the perfect flavor to indulge in during the transition between summer and fall.
To round out the trio, Gideon’s Bakehouse is bringing back the banana bread chocolate chip cookie. How is one to decide on just one cookie?

These cookies are sure to sell out every single day even with a limit of two per paying guest. Smart cookies will be up early trying to score these cookies before they sell out! Be sure to arrive early to beat the line and the sell-out risk.
The Orange Pecan Chip cookie is only sticking round through August 14, 2022. However, the Chocolate Dipped Key Lime cookie and Banana Bread Chocolate Chip cookie will be available throughout the entire month while they last.
While you are there, be sure to indulge in a cold brew or a cake slice, too. Both are exceptional.
