Crispy Mojo Marinated Pork Belly

The Crispy Mojo Marinated Pork Belly has chunks of avocado, avocado cream, corn salsa, salsa verde, and plantain chips. I (Monica) do not like avocado (texture issue), but I still wanted to try this because I love pork and the various salsas in the dish.

Aside from picking the avocado chunks out, I really liked it! I tolerated the avocado cream because the other flavors drowned it out a bit. I really could not taste any citrus flavors even though the marinade is supposed to have orange juice in it. Either way, this dish was a winner!

Tuna Takati Bowl

The Tuna Taktaki Bowl was filled with tuna with a spicy yuzu glaze. The tuna was fresh and absolutely delicious. The glaze added just a pop of spice to the dish but not overly spicy.

This was served atop a colorful bed of mango and avocado. The dish was delicious by itself but even more amazing atop the pappadam crisp that was added to this dish. I would absolutely order this again. It was surprisingly filling for such a small dish.

Orange Sunshine Wine Slushy

Although Jaelyn did not care for the orange and lemon smoothie in the Orange Bird sipper, I loved the slushy served at the Citrus Blossom kitchen!

This small serving of orange wine was perfect for a warm day. It does easily melt in the warm Florida climate, so be sure to (responsibly) drink it quickly if you want to enjoy it as a slushy. It tasted like orange juice!

I prefer the small serving sizes of food and drinks at the festivals because it gives me the opportunity to try more items. The slushy was a great size to enjoy the flavor without catching a buzz.

The Citrus Blossom outdoor kitchen is 10/10! Have you enjoyed any items from this kitchen? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below and on Facebook.
