Attraction Closures
It is a bit disheartening when our favorite attractions are unavailable. Currently at Expedition Everest is undergoing a quite lengthy refurbishment. Check out this extended refurbishment HERE.
Other times, a portion of a ride closes. Perhaps work on part of the attraction is needed, but closing the entire ride is not necessary. This is currently happening at Tower of Terror. We are seeing extremely high wait times as Disney closes some of the elevators.
At other times weather is to blame for attractions being unavailable to Guests. We have recently seen quite a few attractions closed due to weather and even flooding in many of the parks at Walt Disney World.
Temporarily Unavailable
Sivako… Oh No! Guests were disappointed this morning as they arrived at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Undoubtedly one of the most popular attractions at this Park is Flight of Passage in the Land of Pandora. Many Guests arrive well before Park opening to Rope Drop this attraction.
Those Guests who did Rope Drop this attraction were able to enjoy it before it unexpectedly closed soon after. Not only was this disappointing for these Guests, but this also may be a bit disappointing for Guests visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the rest of the day as well.
In the past, Flight of Passage may show that it is “temporarily closed” while only operating a a few of the 4 theaters. This morning ALL 4 theaters are down for this popular attraction.

At this time, we are unsure why all 4 theaters are closed. We are hoping that any technical issues or delays may be resolved quickly so that Guest may once again enjoy this attraction.
