Typically, Super Bowl MVPs head to The Most Magical Place on Earth to celebrate their victory. However, this year they will be going somewhere new!

Congrats, Rams!

The Los Angeles Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 to win Super Bowl LVI! Cooper Kupp probably had the best game of his life last night helping his team rise to victory. He was named MVP of the game!

To bring the Rams to victory, Kupp scored on a one-yard touchdown pass from Stafford with 1:25 left in the game to cap a dramatic scoring drive, finishing with eight catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns. Donald had four tackles and two sacks, including a sack of Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow on fourth-and-one in the last minute that sealed the victory. Stafford threw for three touchdowns and completed 26 of 40 passes for 283 yards (from Disney Parks Blog).

Immediately after the end of the game, in the middle of all the excitement and jubilee, Kupp, Aaron Donald, and Matthew Stafford turned to the TV cameras. You know what’s next! With the help of their families, they shouted those words that NFL players dream of saying after winning the Super Bowl!

Headed somewhere new

However, they did not shout “We’re going to Disney World!” Instead, “We’re all going to Disneyland!’’ became the famous words uttered in front of the entire stadium (and country). See the video below:

This phrase and post-game celebration has been an integral part of the Super Bowl for decades. This year it seems fitting that they head right down the street to Disneyland instead of trekking across the country to go to Disney World in Florida.

Post-Super Bowl fun will take place at Disneyland this year.

This year’s “what’s next” commercial also features several Make-A-Wish® kids who made a wish to attend the game and cheer on the Rams, including Kupp, Donald and Stafford. Since 1980, Disney and Make-A-Wish have granted more than 145,000 life-changing wishes globally for kids with critical illnesses.

Where to watch the fun

If you are at Disneyland today, February 14, be on the lookout for the winners! There will be a celebratory cavalcade down Main Street, U.S.A., in Disneyland park featuring these players at 1:30 p.m. PT. If you can’t be there in person, Disney will be sharing all the fun on their TikTok and Instagram accounts.
