Disney World is giving new Cast Members big hiring bonuses. Check out the positions, how to apply, and hiring bonus details here.
The Walt Disney Company entertains, informs and inspires people worldwide. Disney provides a way for its employees to share storytelling, using creativity, determination, and lots of heart. Whether you’re looking to create magic in Disney Parks and Resorts, work behind-the-scenes in television or in support staff, there’s something for everyone.
Many times Disney fans can’t agree on their favorite snack, attraction. You’ll find so many varying opinions on the benefits of staying onsite versus offsite. However, most people agree that Disney Cast Members are what sets Disney theme parks apart from all the others. Where else can you meet Mickey Mouse, trade pins, and be given pixie dust at random moments?
On January 20, Disney held a Central Orlando job fair. Walt Disney World is currently offering between $1,000 and $6,000 hiring bonuses for open Cast Member positions. Check out available bonuses below shown on Disney’s Career website:

- Sales positions – $1,500
- Part-time/full-time dishwasher and steward positions – $1,000
- Chef – $3,000
- Pastry Chef – $6,000
Like other businesses, Disney is experiencing a shortage in their workforce. You can feel this in the theme parks, especially at restaurants that remain closed while guests seek places to eat.
