Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary is shaping up to be the “most magical celebration on Earth!”
Each of the four Theme Parks will be in on the fun! Our favorite characters will be decked out in new EAR-idescent costumes, new golden statues will pop up all over the Parks, and we will be celebrating for 18 whole months.
Cinderella Castle, The Tree of Life, Spaceship Earth, and Tower of Terror will all receive magical transformations in the evenings that we just can’t wait to see!
Cinderella Castle
In addition to its nightly transformation, Cinderella Castle will add to its makeover from 2020. So much has already been added to prepare the castle for the celebration, and the new look is just stunning.
There are sparkling gold embellishments and blue shining jewels all over the castle. Ear-idescent gold ribbons wrap around Cinderella’s Castle giving it a spectacular finish that shines in the sunlight. I personally think the Castle should just stay this way forever!
Overnight a new addition added by Walt Disney Imagineering has popped up on Cinderella Castle.
Cinderella Castle is now officially ready for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration!”

Just when you thought our castle couldn’t get any more stunning … Check out the golden 50th crest that was added last night! I happened to be in Magic Kingdom this morning and couldn’t resist getting a photo of it with some of our Cast Members.
