A trip to Disneyland!
The winner receives four Disneyland Resort Park two-day Park Hopper tickets. With the Park Hopper, guests can visit Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure on the same day.
In addition, winners receive four tickets to Knott’s Berry Farm.
Lodging and Meals
Also, winners receive a two-night stay at their choice of 3 Anaheim Resorts. Included resorts are JW Marriott Resort, the Radisson Blu Anaheim, and the Westin Anaheim Resort.
Winners will also get a special dinner for four at the Anaheim White House restaurant. Anaheim White House restaurant is an upscale Italian eating spot. It’s described as a high-end restaurant in a historic home that offers formal Italian cuisine in a grand setting.
More Details
Winners receive a package for four including the items mentioned above. Travel must be completed by 6/15/22. Of course, hotels and parks are subject to availability.
Plus, winners get $2,000 for spending money. That’s a lot of Mickey bars!
What’s the Catch?
Not everyone can enter this contest. In fact, there’s an entire group of Californians left out. The contest is titled Vax for the Win, which is California’s vaccine incentive program.
Only vaccinated California residents can enter this contest.
According to covid19.ca.gov, this contest begins July 1, 2021. To qualify for Vax for the Win, you must live in California, be aged 12 and older, and have received at least your first dost of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Other Contests Offered
In addition to the Disneyland trip, the Vax for the Win Campaign is giving away dream vacations, $50,000, and a grand prize of $1.5 million.
Those not yet vaccinated receive a $50 incentive card also. Everyone who receives a vaccination receives free food from Taco Bell and Chipotle.
Additional vacation giveaways include going to a Giants game in San Francisco, a spa vacation in Palm Springs, a Lakers game in Los Angeles, and surfing lessons in San Diego. Finally, vaccinated Californians receive special merchandise offers from the LA Clippers Golden State Warriors and the Team LA Store at Staples Center.
Purpose of Contest
According the cdph.ca.gov, the purpose of Vax for the Win Campaign is to “reinforce the importance of vaccination to protect public health in the face of a pandemic.“
