Disney World is the ultimate place for family fun. There are still several rides and attractions that you can enjoy if you are expecting a little Mouseketeer. In this guide, we will lay out all the Disney World attractions that are safe for pregnant women!

There is a good chance that you will be walking several miles a day in Florida heat so we encourage you to discuss your Disney World visit with your doctor to ensure you are in good health and your pregnancy is healthy.

We also recommend comfortable shoes, a water bottle to stay hydrated and frequent breaks.

All rides and attractions at Disney have informational signs posted near the entrance with health advisories.

How to search for advisories on My Disney Experience

When searching for attractions on My Disney Experience you can click on the filter, Expectant Mothers Advisory, to see a list of attractions to avoid in each park.

Unfortunately, My Disney Experience does not have a filter that does the opposite by listing all of the safe attractions, so we created this guide for you.

Please note, these are our recommendations! We are not medical professionals so PLEASE speak to your doctor about all Disney attractions and use your best judgment.

Now, let’s take a look at each park! We have divided the list into each park at Disney World. Then under each park, we have safe rides, safe shows and other attractions, and rides to avoid listed.
