Santa Claus meet and greet coming to Hollywood Studios!
Santa Claus has traditionally met in the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney Springs, but for 2016, he will meet at Hollywood Studios.
Beginning November 14, 2016 you'll be able to meet the Jolly Old Elf - Santa himself at Hollywood Studios. He will offer meet and greets inside Once Upon a Time shop.
The Once Upon a Time shop is located on Sunset Boulevard, directly across from the Beauty and the Beast show. Santa will be available in this location from November 14 through December 24.
Santa Goofy will then take over the meet and greet and continue until December 31.
Another festive addition to coincide with the new Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM fireworks.

No FP offered. Yes Santa lines are always long. In Disney Springs they gave out beepers to return later.

Don't know that for sure, but it's the same basic set up that they have always done at DS
