Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM fireworks confirmed for Hollywood Studios!

Disney offiicially confirms Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM fireworks for Hollywood Studios

Disney World has CONFIRMED that Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM fireworks will be offered to regular park guests at Hollywood Studios!  The new holiday fireworks and projections spectacular will begin November 14, 2016.

You’ll be able to view these fireworks in front of the Chinese Theater.  I’d recommend being slightly off center to the left and make sure you can see ALL the buildings in the Courtyard.

The fireworks show is supposed to be about Santa Claus being missing and everyone’s favorite elves are on a misssion to get Santa back to the North Pole in time for Christmas.

The fireworks, projections and special effects show will be led by Wayne and Lanny from “Prep and Landing” and will feature clips from  “Mickey’s Christmas Carol,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Pluto’s Christmas Tree,” “Bambi,” Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and more, all building to a festive finale that’s “So tinsel!”  Guests will also enjoy the Disney “snow.”

The Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM Fireworks will also allow for a Holiday Dessert Party, which includes reserved viewing, desserts, specialty beverages and more. Each dessert party guest will get a pair of 3D HoloSpex® glasses to use while watching the show. The glasses create spectacular holographic illusions of gingerbread men, candy canes, snowflakes and ornaments on any bright point of light.

This great new fireworks show is scheduled from November 14 through December 31, 2016 only, so hurry over for some Tinsel Time!

  1. My question is probably strange but do you have any idea roughly how long the show will be? I’m trying to figure out if I’ll be able to make it back to MK that night for the Wishes show. Thanks so much and I appreciate your blog!!!

  2. Do you know what the time the show is or can you make a good guess? Also, will Fantasmic continue to run? It is still showing on the schedule.

    • Show times are already included on my November and December Crowd Calendars. It begins November 14 and runs through Dec 31, but times aren’t provided beyond Dec 10 at this time.

  3. Do you know if Fantasmic will run jointly with the Jingle Bell Jingle BAM fireworks show? It looks like they are scheduled at 645 and 700 respectively. Would it be possible to be able to catch both shows on the same night?

  4. So, is this a hard ticket event for the fireworks show, or only for the dessert party? We are already doing the MVMCP ( our first time) and don’t have a HS night planned. Would love to see this if it’s a free event (don’t care so much about a dessert party). We planned on going back to MK our last night so we can ride HM (read that it will be closed after Thanksgiving through December 1st which is our MVMCP night. Do you know if this is true?) I’d change our plans if this is free! We are only doing a quick trip because my daughter is performing with her theater troupe on December 3rd (location still undetermined) so this is not our usual visit! Would love to have an evening in HS! Thanks in advance for any information you can provide!

  5. oh, awesome! We’re going to be at the parks during Christmas this year! I too am thinking about the dessert party, so definitely keep us posted. Thanks!

  6. Thanks for the update! I was hoping HS would have some night entertainment on MK party nights. I’ll have to keep a look out for the dessert party. Might be worth the splurge

  7. Thank you very much! I love your blog and keeping us posted. I’ll be making my last Disney reservation this week. Due to the price increases at the campground struggling with the price tag. Summer this year will be close to $300 less than in March 2017. I already promised the trip to a child or wouldn’t be going. Hopefully things will settle down. Glad I did my first AP when I did.

  8. Those look amazing! Wish we were going to be there at Christmas to enjoy them. Hopefully another year. :)

Once again, thanks for all the great info you provide KtP! Greatly appreciated!!

  9. Awww, I wish I could do WDW when it’s in Christmas mode. We’re hitting DLP for New Year, but this sounds amazing and I wish I could see it for real! Drat you, school holidays!

I did love the Star Wars fireworks though… easily the best whilst we were there at the summer, and so good we picked them as our final night’s spectacular to say goodbye to the parks for our trip!

  10. Will you be able to sit down in chairs during the holiday dessert party like you do over at California Adventure’s World of Color Dessert Party?

  11. Exciting!!
I hope it will not happen the same time as fantasmic show. Any ideas on the time yet..just curious..hoping they will be a part from each other. In sept. we were watching fantasmic and Star Wars fireworks starting to go off. It wasn’t the best..distracting and annoying that we missed some of the fireworks. Thanks for the info Kenny. You are the best! We will be there for Hollywood vine holiday dine and I’m thrilled it will be Christmas theme fireworks show :)

  12. Will the fireworks be everyday or select dates? Could you please add a link for the dessert party reservations? I can’t find any info on Disney’s page. Thank you.
