Operational hours updates for Walt Disney World for October 7 and 8

Disney World is adjusting some park hours in light of the recent hurricane.  Here’s the updated times:

Osceola and Orange Counties have each lifted any hurricane curfews.

Disney Springs will open at 5pm October 7, 2016 for Resort Guests Only.  Splitsville, AMC Theaters and a few other restaurants and shops will be open for entertainment this evening.

Animal Kingom will open at 8am for regular guests and 7am for resort guests for Extra Magic Hours on October 8.

Epcot will open at 8am for all guests.  Frozen Ever After and Royal Summerhus will also open at 8am with the remainder of World Showcase opening at 11am on October 8.

Hollywood Studios will open at 8am on October 8.

Magic Kingdom hours have not been adjusted and will continue to be open from 8am to 12am on October 8.

Disney Springs, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon will maintain their normal operating schedule on October 8.

Has the Disney Springs opening been confirmed by Disney/Managers/Cast Members? I can't seem to find any info on it yet.

So for Disney springs when u say resort guests only does that include good neighbor resorts or just solely those on Disney property?

That means Disney resorts.

Supposedly Disney World resort guests. Not sure how they would separate them though.
