So is it new at all her meets now? And I saw Belle has a new dress too at MK. Does Akerhaus have all the new dresses?

Yes, Belle's gold dress is for Akershus and Enchanted Tales Aurora wears her new dress in all her meets Cinderella wears her new dress in all her meets as well
