Lights On! Guests Evacuated From Cosmic Rewind

Technical Difficulties
It is not uncommon for an attraction to experience downtime throughout the course of the day. Sometimes it's a technical issue that needs to be resolved or the weather is forcing rides to close.
We even frequently see bad weather close to almost all the outdoor attractions if it's bad enough.
Whatever the reasoning is, it can make for a more stressful day if the attraction is not loading Guests. It's even more stressful when the issue is park-wide and affecting almost everything!
Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind still garners high wait times at EPCOT, and for good reason. It is a fairly reliable attraction compared to other Walt Disney World attractions (We are looking at you, Rise of the Resistance).
Not only is it the longest fully enclosed coaster in any Disney park, but it is also the first reverse-launch and first omnicoaster Disney has done.
Even after enjoying this attraction several times, it is still difficult to take in all of the details. While most of the time, a technical difficulty is less than magical, experiencing Cosmic Rewind with the lights on is true Disney magic.
Cosmic Rewind with the Lights On
Thanks to @travelsbymarisha for sharing her experience. Cast Members shared that seven attraction vehicles were stuck when the ride went down. Once Cast Members released the safety restraints, Guests were able to see the full coaster with the lights on.
Cast Members will often issue a Lightning Lane Multi-Pass for Guests to enjoy the attraction once again after being evacuated.
Our peek inside ends as Cast Members asked Guests to no longer film as they walked off the attraction. This is a great look inside this amazing attraction.
