First Ever Coco Attraction

Back in August 2024, a brand new Coco attraction was announced during the "Horizons" showcase at the D23 Disney Parks panel.

This first-ever Coco attraction will be a boat ride, and music will play a key role in this attraction. Of course, guests can enjoy the best animatronics to bring this story to life.

While we hope to learn more about this new attraction this weekend, Disney just announced brand new details for Coco 2.

Last night during the the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Benjamin Bratt took the stage sharing that he will reprise his role as the villainous, Ernesto de la Cruz.

Bratt shares to many Miguel is now a teenager in the new film and his is still strumming Ernesto del la Cruz's guitar.

In Coco 2, Ernesto de la Cruz is back for revenge sending Miguel back on an adventure back to the "Land of the Dead".

Coco 2 Release Date

Bratt shares that in a funny twist of fate, Miguel must teem up with a "certain handsome super-star, Ernesto de la Cruz. Although this new adventure pushes Miguel, his guiding compass continues to be his family and his ancestors.

Coco 2 is set to be released in theaters November 2029.
