Beginning June 3, 2026, Disney Cruise Line Guests 21 years or older for destinations besides round trip courses from Singapore (Guests 18 years and older) can now only bring one bottle of unopenened wine or sparkling wine (no larger than 750 ml).

This is a change from previously where Guests could bring 2 bottles of unopened wine in their carry-on (not checked) bags or luggage at the beninning of the voyage.

Guests are also given the option to instead bring 6 beers (no larger than 12 ounces each) in their carryon on bags at the beginning of the voyage.

The one nice change is that Guests hoping to enjoy their own wine or sparkling wine in one of the dining rooms will now only be charged a $20 corkage fee. This is now cheaper than the previous $29 corkage fee.

Disney Cruise Line Guests love to adorn their staterooms with decorations to share a bit of magic and also to help differentiate their room from so many that look the same.

Disney has now added a new restriction, "Decorations should only be placed on doors and are not permitted on corridor walls or ceilings." Disney warns that "Guests who damage doors in violation of these guidelines will be assessed a $100 fee per incident to cover the cost of repairs".

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Donna loved Disney from an early age. As a child, her family would joke that she lived in "Donna Land." As an adult, she enjoys planning and creating magical vacations for her family. She always brings a little faith, trust, and a little bit of Pixie Dust!
