Hoppers Attraction Arrives at Disney World
Hoppers is receiving rave reviews at the box office and has now landed at Walt Disney World. Find out where you can enjoy this new attraction.
Pixar's "Hoppers"
Last weekend, Pixar's newest original film, "Hoppers", debuted at movie theaters. Many had mixed feelings about Pixar's newest venture.
According to NBC News, " 'Hoppers' added $42 million from international showings, making $88 million in total, the most for an original animated film since 'Coco' in 2017."
With the overwhelming success of "Hoppers" opening weekend, Disney has now brought a "Hoppers" attraction to Walt Disney World.
Hollywood Studios New Attraction
MGM Studios opened to Guests on May 1, 1989. The theme of this new park was to serve as a window into "Old Hollywood." MGM Studios welcomed Guests, but it also served as a production studio for both television and movies.
Disney added additional attractions throughout the years. Soon, the focus shifted from the studio experience of opening day to a new vision as Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Over the past several months, Disney has aimed to share a peek inside the magic of Hollywood by offering visiting attractions inside Walt Disney Presents.
"Hoppers" at Disney World
Adjacent to the theater where Guests can watch "Walt Disney: One Man's Dream", Guests can now see behind the scenes for the making of "Hoppers". One large display case features the character Mabel maquette. Along with this are several storyboards from the film.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at Pixar's newest film, "Hoppers," at Walt Disney Presents.
The second large display case features the fun-loving King George. Guests can see his maquette along with several scenes from the film. This is such a great way for junior animators to see the magic of animation.
Guests can also enjoy a sneak peek of "Hoppers" inside the "Walt Disney: One Man's Dream" theater.
