EPCOT Removes Feature Attraction
Walt Disney World has made many big changes over the last few months, but this one surprised us. Find out why this feature attraction is now removed from EPCOT.
Walt Disney World Changes

As Walt Disney once said, "We keep moving forward," and that is very true at Walt Disney World. The Walt Disney Company shared BIG plans for Walt Disney World over the next 10 years.
These plans greatly affect Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Epcot was in a state of transformation that began in 2019 and continued until CommuniCore Hall was completed in 2024.
While the EPCOT transformation was pared down quite a bit, the majority of work is now complete in this park for the time being. However, we did notice 2 big changes recently, the first we shared earlier with a new dining location in the Norway pavilion.
Living with the Land Change

Secondly, we noticed a change aboard Living with the Land. Living with the Land allows Guests to "sail through the greenhouse of The Land Pavilion on a boat tour and feast your eyes on edible food crops from around the world."
This attraction is such a relaxing journey and typically boasts lower wait times. On a recent trip aboard Living with the Land, we noticed Cast Members working diligently to remove large roots.
Disney recently removed the large breadfruit tree from this attraction. This tree served as the featured attraction as Guests entered the large greenhouse.
Reason for the removal

It has been suggested by Cast Members that this breadfruit tree, although quite beautiful, grew too large for this space. New signage shares, "Pardon our dust, we're making changes".
The featured breadfruit tree is removed from Living with the Land.
At this time it is unclear what may replace the breadfruit tree in this space.
