DVC is short for Disney Vacation Club. It is a timeshare run by Disney. DVC has the flexibility of a point system. You can book the time of year you travel and type of accommodation, including your resort of choice (aka your home resort).

Disney Vacation Club offers its Members deluxe accommodations for upcoming stays at a fraction of the cost. This is especially true if Memberships are not financed and paid in full or through resale.
DVC Raises Pries Again

Disney Vacation Club Members have recently received an email informing them that prices are about to go up! In just a few days, the Price Per Point will increase for select DVC Resorts.
The last day to get today's pricing is February 9th!
Prices at select Disney Vacation Club Resorts are set to increase on February 10th! This will make each new contract cost even more!
Which Resorts Are Increasing?

FIVE DVC Resorts will see the Price Per Point Increase, Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Disney's Riviera Resort, The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort - A Disney Vacation Club Resort, AULANI, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai'i, and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
FIVE DVC Resorts will see the Price Per Point Increase beginning on February 10, 2026.
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Disney Riviera Resort, The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, and AULANI are currently $235 per point and will increase to $243 per point. The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are currently $245 per point and will increase to $248.
