The Justice Department received several complaints from guests with disabilities that were impacted by this change.

"Every year, millions of people from around the world travel to Florida to visit our theme parks," said U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe for the Middle District of Florida. "No one should ever be denied equal access to public accommodations based on disability."

  1. The Rollator was never meant to be a Wheel Chair Device. This fact is stated in the instruction manual. If you need a seated rolling device use a Wheel Chair. Wheel Chairs are made to be a Seat On Wheels with all the Safety features built in.

These Parks need to protect themselves from money hungry people that will sue them even if the visitors is totallyat fault.

  2. I agree 1000%
Recently I went thru over an hour after entering the park to attempt to get the disability pass I was told to go to City Hall in MK but they were not available or willing to help their advice was to apply on line so we sat outside for well over an hour filling out a dozen or so questions as to why I WANTED a disability pass eventually having to download the ZOOM APP for a video chat interrogation with a cast member forcing us to change dining reservations to go thru many reasons as to why I a pass
AFTER my interrogation I was allowed a pass due to expire when my annual passes are renewed pure frustration and waste of hours after park entry in my case my issues will never change but my disability pass is only temporary and must be renewed again this is so unfair and is considered as discrimination as far as I am concerned
