Multi-Month Refurbishments Coming to This Disney World Resort - Will It Impact You?

A new multi-month refurbishment is coming to this Disney World Resort very soon. Find out if it will impact your Disney vacation.

Disney schedules refurbishments to keep things running smoothly. This can include anything from rides, restaurants, shops, recreational experiences, and even hotels.

Even though we all may not like seeing or hearing construction, it is a necessary part of keeping things safe and up to date. We all want to be able to enjoy the nice new things, and refurbishments have to happen for this to occur.

Treehouse Villas

Disney has shared that refurbishment work will start at Disney's Saratoga Springs & Spa. This work will continue through mid-September 2026 and will happen in phases. This means that some Treehouse Villas will remain open during the refurbishment.

The refurbishment work happening at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will include the refurbishment of the Treehouse Villas.

Guests visiting or staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs can expect to see and hear construction during daytime hours.

Recreational Activities Closure

Next month, select recreational activities will be closed for refurbishment at Saratoga Springs Resort. The tennis courts will be closed beginning March 23rd.

The tennis and basketball courts will be closed beginning March 23rd. They are set to reopen in June 2026.

During the tennis courts refurbishments the basketball courts will also be closed. The courts are expected to reopen in June 2026.

Turf Bar

In early April, the Turf Club Bar and Grill and The Turf Club Lounge will have a refurbishment. This is expected to last through September 2026.

The Turf Club lounge will close in mid-April and will reopen in early August. The Turf Club Bar and Grill will remain open during this time and will have a pop-up bar and modified menu.

The Turf Club patio will close early to mid-August. The Turf Club Bar and Grill will close in mid-August and is set to reopen in mid-September. The Turf Club Lounge will remain open during the Turf Club Bar and Grill closure.
