Warning: This Fan-Favorite Disney Attraction to Close For Refurbishment

A fan-favorite Disney attraction is set to close for a refurbishment soon. Find out if this closure will impact your Disney vacation.

In the Indiana Jones Adventure ride, at Disneyland Park, Guests board a 12-person vehicle for a fast-paced thrill ride that simulates riding through tough terrain. Adventure seekers race through the cursed temple with slithering snakes, screaming mummies, and collapsing bridges. 

The Indiana Jones Adventure ride closed for about a month earlier this year. The attraction was closed from March 17th through April 24th.

Upcoming Refurbishment

The Indiana Jones Adventure ride at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California is set to close for a short refurbishment next month. The attraction will be closed for refurbishment on December 1st.

The Indiana Jones Adventure ride will close for refurbishment on December 1, 2025 and reopen on December 4, 2025.

At this time, the attraction is scheduled to reopen on December 4, 2025.

What Does This Mean For You?

Fortunately, this closure is brief, and will hopefully not impact to many park goers.  As attractions continue to be added to the refurbishment list, it is important to know ahead of time what rides will be available during your visit. This is key to avoid any unnecessary disappointment due to a ride closure, and to make the best park plans for your visit.

No ride changes are anticipated during this refurbishment closure.

The refurbishment is expected to include updates to the maintenance bay. There is no anticipated ride changes during this brief refurbishment period.
