On December 8, 2022, Disney World will implement park-specific pricing for 1-day 1-park tickets. Prices varied based on park and date. Since that time, we have seen a steady rise in ticket prices.

For reference, the ticket prices for a 1-day park ticket in 2025 through October 2026 are Disney's Animal Kingdom $119-$174, Disney's Hollywood Studios $139-$194, EPCOT $129-194, and Magic Kingdom $144-$199.

This morning, Walt Disney World released ticket prices for November and December 2026 and reveals BIG price increases, with the most notable being Magic Kingdom priced at $209 (November 21, 2026). This change will also affect the price of a Park Hopper ticket from $277 to $284 (also on November 21, 2026).

Magic Kingdom's cheapest ticket was once $139 but is now $149 and is only offered on a few dates in 2026. Overall ticket prices have increased by about $5 per ticket on any given date for all 3 other parks.

Annual Pass Price Increases

Three Reasons Why This is the Best Day to Buy a Disney Annual Pass

As we were afraid of, Walt Disney World raised the prices for Annual Passes overnight. All four types of Walt Disney World Annual Passes saw price hikes.

  • Disney Pixie Dust Pass increased from $469 to $489
  • Disney Pirate Pass increased from $829 to $869
  • Disney Sorcerer Pass increased from $1,079 to $1,099
  • Disney Incredi-Pass increased from $1,549 to $1629

Payment plans are still available for all types of passes for Florida Residents. These plans require down payments and monthly payments.

This Annual Pass Increase will certainly affect renewals as well. Disney typically offers a renewal discount, but those who have renewals coming up should plan accordingly.

  1. Disney just doesn't get it. Park attendance is down, so you don't raise the price! It is a general business principle of supply and demand. They have the idea that people will spend more, for a once in a lifetime trip, or the wealthy will pay whatever. It is not just tickets, but Disney raised prices on everything. The wealthy can go many other places. They are not going to be repeat customers. Disney should be bending over backwards to passify annual pass holders. Disney is not. These are repeat customers that are going to spend on new merch and food in the parks. Walt must be turning in his grave.

  2. I know it cost a lot to keep Disney World running, but it is so hard for a family to go to Disney World with their children because of the price I remember when I lived in California just a block and a half away from Disneyland and they had ticket books that you could buy And at the time they were five dollar and $10 ticket books and the admission to get in was so reasonable I went every weekend now at my age I’d be able to go to Disneyland or Disney World once every two to 3 years.

  3. Ugh I HATE that they always do these AP increases BEFORE my renewal window! Being an out of state guest, I HAVE to go with the Incredipass. These prices are starting to get out of hand & MUCH more difficult for me to convince my husband of their value.

    1. It was right before my Annual Pass was to renew as well. I wish there were other options for out of state guests besides just the Incredipass.

  4. Once again, those of us who can only get the incredi-pass are screwed! Other increases are $20 to $40, ours is $80! I feel exploited for living outside of Florida. We are the ones who stay at the resorts and incur major travel expenses to visit the parks. I’m not feeling the “magic”!

    1. I completely agree, Pat. I have the Incredipass and opt to purchase the photo downloads for family trips. My cost is $100 more than I budgeted to renew it.
