Covered Parking Now at This Disney Park...But Not For Your Car!
On our latest venture to this Disney World theme park, we noticed a change. Covered parking is now available, but it's not for your car. Find out what and where this covered parking is!
Strollers at Disney World

Strollers are everywhere at Disney World. They can certainly make traveling with children easier because let's face it there is A LOT of walking and standing when visiting the parks. Strollers can make a trip to the parks more enjoyable, as it gives the little ones a place to sit along with provided a bit of shade (and even offer some storage!).
Disney even designates certain spaces for stroller parking.
There are designated stroller parking locations throughout the parks that are marked. There is also signage posted where strollers are not allowed to park. Most of the time you will find stroller parking located outside of attractions as strollers are not allowed through the queue.
Covered Stroller Parking

On our most recent trip to Hollywood Studios, we noticed some new signage. Over in Animation Courtyard near Star Wars Launch Bay we saw signs for covered stroller parking!
Covered Stroller parking is available inside Star Wars Launch Bay.

Once inside, there is lots of covered stroller parking. So it will not be hard for you to find a covered parking spot.
What Does This Mean For You?

Today is the last day of Cool Kid Summer, so the Get Animated in the Animation Courtyard will no longer be offered. Keeping the Animation Courtyard clear of strollers offered Guests a fun interactive time with characters.
Today is the last day of Cool Kids Summer.

We are hopeful that this covered stroller parking remains an option even after Cool Kid Summer ends. This covered stroller parking is amazing, especially if a storm is coming through! Keep in mind that most stroller parking throughout Disney World is not covered, so having a stroller cover is a park essential.
