Guests Can Soon Enjoy Even More Time at The Magic Kingdom

Early Closing for Day Guests on Select Nights

It's Halloween at the Magic Kingdom. On select nights, the Magic Kingdom hosts Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. This hard ticketed event is a unique event with exclusive entertainment, character meets, and even trick-or-treating throughout Magic Kingdom.

Tickets vary in price for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and the number of tickets available is limited for each night.

On party nights, the Magic Kingdom closes to day guests at 6 PM. This event sells out quickly, so be sure to grab your ticket soon if planning to attend. See what Halloween party dates are still available HERE.

Earlier Opening

Previously, we shared that the Magic Kingdom has already adjusted its operational hours on several party nights. This operational change, has Magic Kingdom opening earlier, which allows them even more time in the park!

The Magic Kingdom will now open at 8 AM on September 14th and 19th! Early Entry will now begin at 7:30 AM on these dates.

What Does This Mean For You?

With the park officially opening at 8 AM, this means Early Entry for Walt Disney World Resort Guests begins at 7:30 AM! This operational change offers Guests even more time to enjoy the park!

Party days are a great day to visit as crowd levels tend to be lower.

This will be a great benefit to Resort Guests who are planning to rope drop, as it will give them even more time in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. We love visiting the Magic Kingdom on party days, as the crowds tend to be lower.
