In July, Gideon's Bakehouse, the famous bakery in Disney Springs,switched things up and gave us a rotating slate of cookies. But, things are back to normal in August, and there will be one limited-time cookie staring for the entire month!
The Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie is back! This cookie is made with Gideon's Biscoff Cookie Butter and is packed with premium Butterscotch Chips and crushed Biscoff Cookies!

Review: Our Take
The Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie is $6.50 plus tax. This cookie, like all Gideon's cookies is a hefty cookie and large enough to share. The cookie is covered in butterscotch chips, but that's where I felt the butterscotch flavor ended.
The cookie is on the sweet side, but I did not find it overwhelming. I did expect to taste more butterscotch throughout, which I felt it lacked.
The cookie itself was moist, but it did fall apart easy. Overall it was a good cookie. I would rate this cookie an 8 out of 10 for taste, but lost some points on lacking the butterscotch flavor I was looking for.
Now, I would get it again if it was on the menu, however, if given some other options (like the Carrot Cake Cookie or the Sea Turtle Cookie), I would pass on the Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie.
How To Get
You can get this cookie every day in August while supplies last. There is a strict 2-per-person limit for the limited-time flavor.
You will find it at the Disney Springs location. And, you can also find it at the East-End Location if you don't want to contend with the cookie line and you don't mind driving.
Don't forget, while you are there, you can also enjoy other phenomenal treats. The cake slices (so good!) and cold brew (which is only available in Disney Springs) are both delightful treats. And, you might even be able to catch hot cookie hour.
