Many still miss the Magical Express shuttling Walt Disney World Resort guests both to and from the airport. Now, MEARS Connect offers a new upgrade that will make your trip even more magical.

It has been several years since Disney ended the free Magical Express. Unfortunately, this was added to a long list of other perks missing for guests starting back in 2020.
Many Guests turned to rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft to help them get around. There are a few reasons why Walt Disney World guests enjoy Mears Connect.

Mears Partnership
One thing that made the journey aboard the Magical Express magical was the onboard entertainment. Recently, Mears added fun video segments featuring fun trivia and Mears’ animal pals.
Now, new onboard entertainment will debut to show VeeFriends Cartoons. If you are anything like me (Donna), I had not heard of Vee Friends Cartoons. First launched in 2021, “VeeFriends is a contemporary entertainment company that combines art, storytelling, collecting events, and innovative technologies to build a community around a movement of kindness and positivity.”
Guests will see an intro video by VeeFriends creator, Gary Vaynerchuk. While on board to the greatest place on earth, guests can enjoy short clips of the VeeFriends cartoons with an invitation to check out full episodes on their YouTube channel.

This partnership between MEARS Connect and VeeFriends will continue for a full year. This will offer great entertainment for guests and hopefully bring an extra dose of magic both to and from the airport.
