Now that Walt Disney World has our attention to begin vacation planning for 2026, comes the not-so-great news with ticket pricing.
Disney World Tickets 2026

Back in December 2022, Disney World implemented park-specific pricing for 1-day 1-park tickets. Prices will vary based on the park and date. The good news is that base ticket prices for 2026 remains the same for 2026, but there is a catch.
The lowest ticket remains at $119, but these prices are much fewer in 2026. In comparison, in May 2025, the highest ticket price is $159 for 25 dates. In May 2026, $169 is the highest ticket price offered on 19 dates.
Comparing ticket prices for June 2025, the average price is $149, offered on 18 dates, with the highest price being $159. In June 2026, all prices are $159 or higher, with 18 dates offered at $164 or higher. This trend continues for July. We do you see the same lower prices offered in August 2026 as in August 2025.

In September 2026, there is one less $119 ticket compared to 2025. The highest price in 2025 is $139, compared to the highest price in September 2026 of $144 (except for September 30th priced at $154).
For October 2025, the cheapest ticket is $149 for one date, $159 for nine dates, and $164 and higher for the remaining months. Compare this to 2026, when the cheapest price is $159 for four dates and the highest is $179.
Hidden Disney World Price Increase

Although Disney can boast that they didn’t “actually” increase the price of a base ticket, your Walt Disney World tickets will probably cost a bit more in 2026. However, there is a rumor that could change Disney tickets later this year. Find out more about this HERE.
Ticket prices are higher for many dates in 2026 compared to the current 2025 pricing.
Ticket price increases are never fun and are something to consider when planning a family vacation. Be sure to check Character Locator for the Crowd Calendar, and possibly plan your trip during lower crowd times for the best price on Theme Park tickets.
